The calculator uses a simple monthly churn model: each month, you lose (churn% × clients) existing clients, but for simplicity we model a steady-state client count. Year 1 net profit = (monthly revenue − server cost) × 12 − annual license − optional onboarding. Year 2+ net profit accounts for the recurring annual license fee.
