The calculator uses a simple monthly churn model: each month, you lose (churn% × clients) existing clients, but for simplicity we model a steady-state client count. Year 1 net profit = (monthly revenue − server cost) × 12 − license cost − optional onboarding. Year 2 net profit accounts for the renewal fee instead of the license cost. Real results will vary based on your actual growth, churn, and pricing.
